Manchester‘s electronic destination The Loft will host an exhibition and all-day rave to celebrate the city’s underground, queer clubbing landscape this Saturday.
From 5 PM to 10 PM, the industrial nightclub will transform into a soundscaped culture with DJ curators, photojournalism, and films revolving around the misty underground.
Titled PALOMA, the part-exhibition, part-rave event will see music heroes like multi-disciplinary artist Jordan K Joseph, INGL, and Adele Tondu take over the audio decks.
For the artsy part of the show, Lithuanian artist Egle Bidvaite’s passion for capturing warehouse raves will be showcased at the exhibition. Elsewhere, Abbie Fowler’s photo-based storytelling will allow attendees to fully immerse themselves in the hybrid experience.
Utilizing the Manchester The Loft venue to reawaken the queer, underground nightlife culture through artistic endeavors, PALOMA will morph into a platform for grassroots talent and musical delight.
