Tunnel nightclub, Hull’s only underground music venue, will reopen its doors this weekend after a seven-year absence.

Following a major refurbishment, the Dagger Lane music hub will feature brand new decor, fresh flooring, and a top-notch audio-visual system. Committed to delivering an industrial clubbing experience along with bullet-hard music beats, Tunnel nightclub is set to revive Hull’s underground scene.

In the past seven years, the venue that now shelters Tunnel was hired out for techno events.

Josh, the club’s resident DJ, told HullLive that clubbers’ interest in the venue’s revival almost sold out the tickets.

“Hull’s really missed its once thriving non-commercial club scene, so I can’t wait to get behind the decks every Saturday in such an iconic, intimate setting.”

Keen to act as a platform for up-and-coming talent, Tunnel will showcase a diverse music repertoire, ranging from Garage tunes to bassline beats. The 240-capacity venue will be open every Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:30 PM to 4 AM.
