Future Rave, a new record label created by music legend David Guetta and electronic powerhouse MORTEN, is set to launch a metaverse dedicated to the electrifying music genre.

By teaming up with AlphaVerse, the duo’s brainchild will spread its tentacles to a virtual reality that will house concert and entertainment experiences and various NFTs. Backed up by BAA, a blockchain talent management agency, the Future Rave project aims to identify fresh talent from the music genre and nurture it.

In this virtual reality, artists will be able to share tunes, beats, and sounds with Future Rave’s community. A press release claimed that the metaverse would also feature previously unreleased and exclusive tracks.

A strong sense of community is at Future Rave’s core, as the metaverse promises a focus on free-access forums for exchanging and streaming both concerts and tracks.

The Future Rave metaverse will push the limits of the relatively new music genre by leveling up the game when it comes to sound and culture.

Coined by electronic heroes David Guetta and MORTEN, the future rave genre translates into a futuristic yet provocative fusion between techno and progressive house.
