Ball Aluminum Cup, an environmentally-friendly alternative to your average plastic cup, will make its UK debut in autumn.
Following a money-making launch at large-scale music events, including three Super Bowl editions and Coldplay’s Music of The Spheres US tour, Ball Aluminum Cup is set to leave a sustainable footprint on the British music scene.
The environmentally-conscious brand will team up with Re:Water to kick off the first large-scale aluminum cup distribution across the UK.
Re:Water shares the same mission statement to create a greener future, as the brand produces the world’s first 100% recycled aluminum spring water bottle.
Emily Fong Mitchell, Ball Aluminum Cup’s president, said the innovative alternative to single-use cups would make an appealing addition to UK’s cultural, musical, and sports events.
“Going into 2023 the Ball Aluminum Cup® is set to become a mainstay at some of UK’s most iconic venues. We are delighted to partner with Re:Water on this rapid expansion.”
The cups made from 90% recycled metal, aim to improve your cold drinking experience while reducing plastic waste.
Sturdy, lightweight and with a cutting-edge design, those sustainable cups are designed to serve chilled beverages at giant venues, such as festivals, concerts and stadiums.
Besides being 100% recyclable using the same procedure as aluminum cans, Ball Aluminum Cup is Cradle to Cradle licensed (a global standard for products that are safe and responsibly made) to a Bronze degree for using renewable energy and efficiently managing carbon control.
