It isn’t a party if it isn’t in the oldest club in the Netherlands. Westwood has been going strong for decades with no signs of slowing down.
The nightclub opened in 1967, kicking off in a wooden hut, moving to a barn, and then spending some fun times in an ex-military camp in the guard building. The club finally settled in the residential area, Vogelwijk, north of The Hague.
Westwood is loved for its cozy vibe, featuring light pastel-colored walls, hanging banners, greenery, and chandeliers, adding a bit of pizzazz.
Showing love for all genres of music, Westwood is a real crowd-pleaser. Each year, the nightclub takes the party up a notch with the Westwood Festival, with three stages and artists like Candy Dulfer catering to eager crowds.
The club is a student hotspot; young local crowds flock to Westwood seeking the laid-back side to The Hague’s nightlife.
If you enjoy a diverse music taste and want a new spot to call home, Westwood club is calling your name.
