Velvet Music Rooms combines traditional and contemporary aesthetics like no other club in the city.
Founded in 2005, Velvet Music Rooms is a family-owned business in southwestern Birmingham’s ‘Golden Mile’ on the Westside district. The club combines a classic Irish pub and a trendy club. It has wooden floors and furniture and brick walls. But on the other hand, it also has a crazy vibe with its multicolor lights, unique-looking light bulbs, and posters of musicians such as The Notorious B.I.G and Bob Marley.
Velvet Music Rooms feature a diverse range of live performances, from jazz and hip-hop to electro, catering to various tastes and preferences. Due to its location, the venue attracts a predominantly younger audience.
