The Willow has been in operation since 2014 in the primarily residential neighborhood of Uptown New Orleans, east of downtown. It is housed in a low-rise plain brick building that once used to host the shuttered Jimmy’s Music Club.
Music diversity is part of The Willow’s ethos. This New Orleans nightclub features anything from alternative rock, blues, funk, hip-hop, rap, and electronic. There is no shortage of top artists who have hosted performances at The Willow, including Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nine Inch Nails, Famous Dex, Ookay, Dr. John, and Afroman.
In close proximity to many reputable universities, students form the primary crowd in attendance at The Willow.
The exclusive New Orleans club only fits around 200 people at a time, which makes it an even more sought-after party destination.
