The Pourhouse is a versatile venue that hosts DJs and live performances guaranteeing nights of ultimate entertainment.
The Pourhouse opened its doors in 2012 in Central Minneapolis. It is inside the dazzling Lumber Exchange Building, the city’s first skyscraper, dating back to 1885.
The club features speakeasy vibes as it draws inspiration from the Prohibition era, with an old bookcase as a concealed door to other rooms. It offers its visitors multiple options as it spans two levels, five bars, secret spaces, a performance stage, and more than 40 televisions.
The Pourhouse is famed for hosting metal band performances, burlesque shows, aerial dancers, artists like Ja Rule, and local talents like DJ Matty Matt, mixing everything from pop, disco, and old-school hip-hop to EDM and trap. A young, laid-back crowd flocks to the club’s dance floor.
With its eclectic, entertaining programs, vibrant ambiance, and endless spaces, The Pourhouse has constantly provided Minneapolis’ party-goers with unrivaled nightlife experiences.
