The Bongo Club is an underground club dedicated to the best electronic music hits.
This Edinburgh nightclub, owned by a local arts foundation called Out of The Blue, was established in 1996 and moved to its iconic location in the underground cellars of the Edinburgh Central Library in 2013. The club’s interior feels gritty due to the intimate space, hazy neon lights, and unique artworks. The club is in central Edinburgh’s Old Town.
The Bongo Club plays eclectic electronic music, including DnB, EDM, house, lo-fi, and other genres. It’s known for bringing in a mix of local and foreign DJs to play the decks to a relatively young crowd.
The Bongo Club is a multi-functional facility that hosts wild club nights and film, theater, and drama workshops, making it a beloved venue among the city’s residents.
