Named after the renowned New York Broadway theater, Studio 54 was born to promote cultural, artistic, and musical activities in the city. Operating inside a historical brick building showcasing alcoves and Roman pillars, it resides in Bologna’s heart, a stone’s throw away from the Piazza Maggiore.
Studio 54 is, by excellence, an underground club with a limited capacity of 100 party-goers on its intimate dance floor. Showcasing an edgy and raw interior, the club features neon lighting, a disco ball, and black walls adorned with triangle shapes and portraits. Occasionally, parties move to the outdoor garden or the building’s entrance, under the alcoves.
The Bolognese club is home to all things electronic, including house, techno, and punk, with a dash of pop. Over the years, it has hosted exclusive parties, themed evenings, and established local DJs.
