Refuge opened in 2014 in the heart of the city. Downtown Chicago, A.K.A ‘the Loop’, is where all the action happens. The area is a tourist spot as it has some of the most famous Chicago landmarks.
Refuge is boldly decorated and has exposed brick walls giving it a modern, yet earthy feel.
The club hosts an array of events: live music performances, comedy shows, and trivia nights. Refuge nightclub highlights and empowers African Americans through celebrating Black pop culture and music.
Refuge nightclub is for everyone who enjoys bonding with new people on a night out. Dress up or down, it doesn’t matter as long as you bring the right energy.
Refuge nightclub is for those who appreciate Chicago culture and live performances. Unfortunately, the Chicago club is temporarily closed in 2022.
