Punta Brown has hosted raging parties for decades.
The club opened in 1999 and quickly became one of the hottest nightlife spots. Punta Brown is in northern Santiago, in the urban area of Recoleta. The neighborhood is known for its historical churches and cultural museums, including the National Museum of Fine Arts.
The building that houses the nightclub dates back to the 1960s and was once the Picaresque Theater before being transformed into Punta Brown. The two-story nightclub puts you in the right mood with its pulsating lights surrounding the stage. Not to mention an impressive cocktail menu at the four bars at Punta Brown.
While Punta Brown became popular among fans of ‘80s music, the nightclub plays a diverse selection of music from different genres. From reggaeton to hip-hop to Latin pop, the DJ sets change often.
After three decades strong, Punta Brown has stood the test of time and is worth checking out in Santiago nightlife.
