Opium is one of the most integral clubs for Vilnius’s underground nightlife scene.
Opium first opened its doors in 2009 in central Vilnius’s Old Town. The venue is intimate and dimly lit, giving off a gritty and industrial vibe. The building was designed by Tadeusz Maria Rostworowski, and historically used to be a brothel for World War 2 German soldiers and a meeting place for the USSR’s Ministry of Industry.
This club is perfect for those who are interested in exploring the more niche side of electronic music. Opium regularly showcases the who’s who of Vilnius’s nightlife scene, such as Manfredas, Roe Deers, Tadas Quazar, and many more.
Opium is the definition of authenticity and exploration, making it one of the most unique clubs in Vilnius.
