Los Globos is a historic nightspot in the heart of the city’s popular Silver Lake neighborhood.
Owner Steve Edelson purchased the Los Globos nightclub in 2011, housed in a historic building that served as an American Legion Hall in 1929. Los Globos is located in the Silver Lake neighborhood in east-central Los Angeles, a hipster area with trendy bars, artisanal coffee shops, and indie music venues.
Though this club falls in the multi-genre category, Los Globos is loyal to its Latin roots (the building has a history of being the longest-running Latin dance club). This two-floor venue exclusively plays Latin music downstairs while DJs mix hip-hop, electronic, pop, Afrobeats, and reggaeton upstairs.
Amping up on DJ sets, Los Globos regularly showcases live music performances, drawing in an indie dance crowd who frequents the artsy neighborhood.
Revelers know too well what makes a venue great – the sound. But Los Globos doesn’t stop at its eclectic selection of multi-genre tunes. Its clear and crisp sound system is rumored to be one of the best in the world – so good that you can’t help but hit the dance floor.
