La Gravière is a Geneva nightclub that appreciates art for the sake of art.
The nightclub was established in 2012. La Gravière is a non-profit organization focusing all its efforts on the preservation and evolvement of music in Geneva.
La Gravière is in an old factory on the banks of the Arve in west Geneva. The exterior of the nightclub looks ragged and industrial. Once you walk into the building, you will become engulfed in the neon lights and loud music. There is a porch where patrons gather around in harmony.
The Geneva nightclub plays an array of genres. The club’s aim is to bring people together, and it successfully does with its headliners. Disco DJ Al Kent, R&B singer Isaiah Rashad, and the electronic-pop band L’Impératrice have performed at the club over the years.
The nightclub attracts Millennials and Gen Z-ers. Its clientele is dressed down and prepared for a night of elite audiovisual experiences.
La Gravière is an indie kid’s dream come true. Call up your friend who thinks Radiohead is underground and show them how alt you can be.
