Jalousy is a private nightclub where you can have intimate parties.
Jalousy is in the upscale Sablon area in central Brussels. Walking up to the building, you might mistake it for a house because the exterior is only a black wall with no signs, really embracing its private and mysterious nature. Once inside, you are transported to an intimate club decorated with a red carpet and hazy neon lights.
When entering Jalousy, you can choose to enjoy electronic music upstairs or trendy hip-hop beats downstairs. The crowd, mainly local Belgians and people in their 30s-50s, fill up this enigmatic Brussels nightclub.
As a speakeasy club, Jalousy requires all visitors to come in with a password. One way to get the password is to go to Vertigo, the bar next door, and ask for it. Once you get in, you’ll have to obey a strict set of house rules to maintain its secrecy. Talk about exclusive!
