2. ‘The Green Beast’ at Bar 1805 Ibiza

With this in-house signature cocktail at Bar 1805, it’s all about presentation.

This refreshing absinthe-based drink is served in a bird cage. You heard that right. The drink is prepared and served in a punch bowl ‘trapped’ inside the bars of a cage, and sipped through crystal pipes. 

Along with absinthe, lime, sugar, cucumbers and water all go into Green Beast to create a revitalizing drinking experience.

4. ‘Tierra Roja’ at Green Jar Ibiza

Who says you can only find good cocktails at bars or restaurants? The Tierra Roja is one of the most iconic signature cocktails at Green Jar Ibiza, a mobile bar which travels across the island and makes appearances at private parties and venues.

The name directly translates to Red Land, paying homage to Ibiza. The powerful drink might fool customers with its fresh juice-like appearance, but its smokey and potent taste tells a different story.
