Founded by Babak Maghfourian and managed by Michael Ciardullo, the Vancity upscale nightclub first opened its doors in July 2014. Located under what used to be the Howard Johnson by Wyndham hotel on Granville Street, Downtown Vancouver, Aura Nightclub’s location is right in the heart of the Granville Entertainment District. The club sports a classic decor with a postmodern twist.
From club hits to hip-hop to K-pop, Aura Nightclub is known to host a variety of DJs and throw the wildest themed parties in its futuristic space. From VIP tables to bottle service, the top-end dance club is especially favored for its “Entourage Saturdays” and “Legend Fridays”. The club is thronged by a mixed crowd of all ages and backgrounds, who are mostly an energetic bunch on the lookout for fun.
