Razzmatazz was the first club in Spain to host five dancefloors

The huge venue was the very first spot in Spain to host five diverse dancefloors.

Striking the perfect balance between intimate and fully-packed, Razzmatazz features two large spaces and three smaller ones – make sure you won’t get lost in the club’s maze of confusing corridors.

When it was established back in 2000, Razzmatazz club Barcelona was the only superclub of its kind.

The idea behind Razzmatazz’s decor draws inspiration from London’s famous Ministry of Sound

In 2015, Daniel Faidella came across the opportunity to buy Razzmatazz club Barcelona, which presented the perfect spot for the club promoter to create his own nightlife space.

In an interview with MixMag, Faidella said that a trip to the Ministry of Sound was the real inspiration behind Razzmatazz’s new look and layout, establishing a festival-like vibe across the venue’s rooms.

Razzmatazz’s ability to suit any music taste is one of its best features, as a wide range of music genres are blasting from all five music halls.

The club’s main room – also known as The Razzclub – brings in a medley of sounds that would appeal to anyone and everyone.

Well-known artists and musicians have taken to the stage in this three-barred room.

The Loft and Lolita are the club’s designated techno hotspots, as they are synonymous with all things tech-house, electronica, and dubstep.

The two smaller rooms, Popbar and Rexclub, are mostly playing electronic, pop and rock sounds. With such a diverse music repertoire, there’s something for everyone at Razzmatazz club Barcelona.

Razzmatazz’s can hold up to 3,000 individuals at once.

They don’t call it a superclub for nothing.

With over a 3,000 person capacity in total, Razzmatazz is one of the biggest nightclubs in Barcelona.

Its main dance hall alone can hold up to 2,000 individuals, making it the perfect spot to host the venue’s biggest acts and parties.

Eminem and Kanye West have passed through the venue’s doors

As the city’s go-to live music spot, world-famous artists rocked Razzmatazz’s stages.

The likes of Eminem, Coldplay, Kanye West, Arctic Monkeys, and Oasis have all played shows at the venue, along with many other big international and local artists in the industry.

For a superclub of its prestige, the dress code at Razzmatazz is surprisingly casual

No need for your suit and ties when clubbing at Razzmatazz.

Largely due to its popularity with the city’s young and hip audience, the club features a casual dress code.

Jeans and a stylish shirt are good enough to get you into the club – as long as you don’t pull out the swimming trunks or bikinis.

Featuring an elaborate playground spanning across five rooms, Razzmatazz should be ticked off your clubbing experiences list ASAP – if you like uber spacious nightlife spaces, that is.
